1. TERMS & CONDITIONS

This website provides spiritual guidance services, classes, courses, and products. All content—including text, images, branding, course materials, and spiritual information—is owned by RitaDivine and may not be copied or reproduced.

By using this website, you agree to:

  • Use it legally and respectfully

  • Not misuse or redistribute content

  • Not attempt unauthorized access

  • Accept that outcomes from spiritual services cannot be guaranteed

We may refuse or cancel services for inappropriate behavior or misuse of the platform.

2. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Sessions, Readings & Coaching

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds once the session is booked

  • 24-hour notice required for rescheduling

  • No-shows forfeit the session

Courses & Classes

  • All course payments and payment plans are non-refundable

  • Payment plans must be completed as agreed

  • Missed classes are non-refundable

Payment Plans

  • Must be completed in full

  • Missed payments may result in removal from the program

Products

  • All sales are final

  • No returns for opened or used items

  • Damaged products must be reported within 48 hours with photos

4. SHIPPING POLICY (for Physical Products)

Shipping

  • US shipping only

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days

  • Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by USPS or other carriers.

Damaged Items

Email us within 48 hours with photos to request a replacement.

Returns

All sales are final for health and safety reasons.
